Talked to Donna Today
I talked to Donna earlier today. She sounded great! At this point, still waiting for a confirmation from Duke on a start date, but possibly looking like 11/17. She had a bone marrow biopsy yesterday. We're praying the results are that she's still in remission with no need for more chemo before Duke.

Hello. I guess after reading these messages, I really don't need to ask how you're doing.
ReplyDeleteI pray you're still able to smile and think positive about all of this.
As you've told me several times, this is gonna be okay, its gonna get you to a point where you don't have to be in constant fear. You're gonna feel good, and spend your time in days that are special for you. Times to be extremly happy.
I love you!!
K.
Hi Donna,
ReplyDeleteI wish you nothing but the best and hope everything goes well and on target for 11/17. Just focus on how good you are going to feel at the end of it all. I'm praying for you.

Donna,
ReplyDeletePerhaps you don't even remember me. I rang bells with Bev and your mom Ellie remembers me as "squirt" I used to help her clean at Oak Grove a long time ago. We even sang in a trio. We named ourselves the "Chicken Trio" We practiced a lot and were always afraid to sing. I have been praying for you for some time. I read about your faith in The Lord and know He always is near to help you.
