Donna is having a great day! The quesadillas didn't go over so well (too dry), but she is eating wonderfully and trying more and more new things. Her kidneys are starting to rebound. She is no longer on a catheter (yeeha!) and is on the cusp of moving from stage 5 kidney failure up to stage 4!!
This is my story, this is my song,
Praising my Savior all the day long
Oh Donna, if I was down there, I would do a little jig with you in the halls!! I am so happy to hear the news! You just keep on, girlie, cuz, you are doing terrific!! That's it - we sure are going to PRAISE THE LORD ALL THE DAY LONG!! Yipee - Yeah - Hallelujah!!
ReplyDeleteLove & Miss you SO much!!

HALLELUJAH! This is wonderful news! I am sure you are elated having that catheter out. You just keep it up. Keep trying to eat so you can get your strength back...cause you know that's gonna be your ticket out of there.
ReplyDeleteBlessed be the name of the Lord.....
Love ya, Girlfriend!

What a beautiful post and video. Thank you so much Dear Jesus for all you have done for my mother and all that have been involved. We praise your name for ALL that you have given us. In the name of Jesus, continue to heal my mother and make her strong.
ReplyDeleteJesus loves me this I know, for the Bible tells me so. Little ones to Him belong, THEY ARE WEAK BUT HE IS STRONG. Yes, Jesus loves me, Yes, Jesus loves me. Yes, Jesus loves me for the Bible tells me so.
Such a simple song, yet it says sooo much.
Mom, I love you so much and cannot wait until I can see you again.
Love,
Monica
Hi Big Sissy,
ReplyDeleteCarolie called me with the news today. I was on my way to a meeting in Harrisburg for work that I was just dreading. And then all of the sudden a big smile on my face, and a spring in my step. I enjoyed EVERY minute the rest of the day, including my meeting! It was one of the meetings I had postponed when I was in Durham, so the first thing they did was ask how you are doing. I got tears in my eyes and said WE HAD GOOD NEWS TODAY!!!! Hang on tight sister, God is doing great things in Durham! Love you, j
